ok, where as yesterday was not my best day I actually cheated. I had some potato chips when I got home from work because my significant other had the bag open. I usually can abstain but ............Oh well a few handfuls won't or isn't to bad. I also made a cheeseburger calzone. I had a small piece along with Honey Garlic Cauliflower which was my first attempt at both. So I guess yesterday was my cheat day. I did a new weigh in this morning. Satisfied with my slow but steady progress.
