1819 kcal Fat: 132.66g | Prot: 113.03g | Carb: 48.52g.   Breakfast: Great Value Medium Black Olives, Woolworths Hass Avocado, Peppadew Sweet Piquant Peppers, Woolworths Mild Dill Gherkins, Grated Cheddar Cheese, Beef Sausage (Cooked). Lunch: Great Value Medium Black Olives, Lamb Ribs (Lean and Fat Eaten), Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables (Including Tomatoes and/or Carrots). Dinner: Cheddar Cheese , Red Gold Diced Tomatoes, Zucchini , Skinless Chicken Breast. Snacks/Other: Lindt Excellence Extra Fine Dark Chocolate 85% Cocoa, Heavy Cream, Cashew Nuts , Almonds, Braaitime Biltong. more...
