in addition to my 500 cal walk/run, I also took a 20 minute walk to catch the Sun/Vit D and had a soccer game with Shreya's Cobras.

On the "not quite 100% side", I ate some sin food

1. half a boondi laadu
2. two "butterish" cookies with a creamy topping
167.6 lb Lost so far: 18.4 lb.    Still to go: 2.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 9.8 lb a week
