I've been eating mostly protein but I do struggle with eating more than twice a day. Breakfast is more like brunch because I eat at 11 am. Then I'm not hungry again until about 5 pm. I been trying to stick to weighing myself once a week and I weighed myself on Thursday and was happy when the scale said 218.0. But since I was going to post my current weight today, I decided to weigh myself again and felt a little discouraged to see it go up to 219.8 I did eat 2 fried thin sliced pork chops last night but without breading and baked veggies. this morning I had my usual breakfast of 2 eggs, 1 sausage patty and mushrooms. I would like to see my weight go down to at least 213 when I weigh myself on Thursday. I just hope I remember to get on here and log it.
219.8 lb Lost so far: 2.8 lb.    Still to go: 94.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I weigh myself every day and sometimes I wish I didn't, but the scale is right there every time I get up in the morning. My weight is often a seesaw before finally coming down.. especially right before and around the time of my period. It's annoying but it is what it is. Also, the protein may be making you fuller for longer (which is great!), but you might want to also watch your fat intake? Just an idea. My fat intake for an entire day is around what you've had in 400 calories.
