Went really HARD at the gym today and yesterday and I can FEEL it, whoo! The circuit training is great. It's so challenging and makes me feel like I'm actually doing something with my time at the gym that's worthwhile, rather then the old tired treadmill routine.
I'm getting stronger, and that's a great feeling. :) My abs are definitely rebuilding themselves after the scissors workout lol!
It's working out great with my new workout buddy, thanks to Craigslist for making that happen! haha!
I hope everyone else is feeling as great as I do today, or if not now, soon! :)
