My fiance and I joined Cross Fit. We have succesfully completed 5 days in a row. Today was a short day, but I was able to do the Dynamic warm up, then I did 3 set of 10 front squats with 45 lbs, then I ran 900m, 30 wall balls w/10 lb ball and then finished it off with another 800m run.
I feel great, a little sore, but great.
