Finally got a DVD player to work. Happened to be in my daughters room but that's okay she doesn't mind since she's usually on the computer all night. Did Level 1 which I enjoyed since it didn't work on one thing for a long period of time. I'm not really sore this morning so I hope I did the exercises correctly. It's not like they were rocket science. I also went walking afterwards for 30 min. I hope I can keep this pace up.
