going down again! love it! keto program isn't for everyone. high fat made me feel sick. I'm sticking to counting calories. so far, slowly, but surely working
209.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I had issues with keto too. It made my gallbladder start having fits with all that fat intake. I went back to the calorie counting as well. It seems to work the best. You can eat almost anything you want as long as it is in moderation and your calorie limit. Stick to it. You got this!

I agree, I just don't like meat and greasy food enough to be able to do keto. I am just calorie counting, doing a mostly vegan diet. Trying to keep it under 1500 a day and working out as much as I have time to do.
