Staying strong. Loving all the posts and inspiration I see on this site. I’ll have to start posting photos meals. It’s great to see what everyone is doing.
157.4 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
