Started slimming world today... gotta believe I can do this! Green day Breakfast: cherry muller light and 2 satsumas Lunch: 3x original ryvita (HEb) with 2x extra light laughing cow triangles (HEa) and cucumber.
Dinner: mushroom omelette and salad
Snacks: 2x alpen bars (HEb), apple
