Got weighed today at the doctors office and I was amazed!! Yay!!
308.6 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 158.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 14 May 2012:
989 kcal Fat: 17.72g | Prot: 33.79g | Carb: 189.73g.   Breakfast: Navels Oranges, Milk (Fat Free or Skim, Calcium Fortified), 2 tsp of sugar, coffee creamer, Special K Vanilla Almond Cereal, Coffee. Lunch: apple, Pasta or Macaroni Salad with Oil and Vinegar-Type Dressing. Dinner: Yellow Sweet Corn (Whole Kernel, Drained Solids, Canned), Green beans with tomatoes, juice from lemon, vinegar, baked chicken drumstick. Snacks/Other: orange, 1 small apple. more...
