Got weighed today at the doctors office and I was amazed!! Yay!!

308.6 lb
Lost so far: 9.0 lb.
Still to go: 158.6 lb.
Diet followed reasonably well.

Breakfast: Coffee, Special K Vanilla Almond Cereal, coffee creamer, Navels Oranges, 2 tsp of sugar, Milk (Fat Free or Skim, Calcium Fortified). Lunch: apple, Pasta or Macaroni Salad with Oil and Vinegar-Type Dressing. Dinner: baked chicken drumstick, Green beans with tomatoes, juice from lemon, vinegar, Yellow Sweet Corn (Whole Kernel, Drained Solids, Canned). Snacks/Other: orange, 1 small apple. more...

What an awesome start! Hope you keep your motivation! There are lots of members around here that have lost 100+ pounds, it can be done! Whenever you feel down or hopeless, just come onto this site! It's gets better the more involved you become. Good luck with reaching your goals and congrats on the hard dedicated work you've done so far!
