Follow up doctor visit for blood pressure - doing better! Since January have eliminated one pill and today dropped another pill by half. Hoping by year end we might be able to eliminate all.
Doctor scale always 5 pounds higher than mine...but confirms I have lost 8 pounds since last visit a month ago :) it's getting harder to lose...even with the addition of exercise!
