Lost another 4.4 pounds since starting induction. I've done induction for two weeks now. Now I will move on to Phase II OWL (Ongoing Weight Loss). The first time I did Atkins back in 2014 I stayed in induction for 5 months. I lost a bunch of weight but never learned to add foods and not be afraid of food. This time I'm trying it differently and adding Phase II now. I will go VERY slowly though. First off I am adding 5 more net carbs (25 nc instead of 20), and adding nuts. I am very happy with this weight loss, and I feel SO much better both mentally and physically (and I have more energy). I am also this week going to gradually begin some exercise. Onward to Week 3.
230.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 90.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
