Last week was not a good week. Dissapointed I aloud myself to get off track! Today is a new day, a new week and I'm starting over! Today I'm starting off with lots of house cleaning and laundry followed by food shopping and meal prep for the week! Happy Sunday!
225.4 lb Lost so far: 5.6 lb.    Still to go: 55.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
