It's funny that I am always on this site and always recording my food but I never stick to a diet. I spend so much of my time researching diets and exercises and if I actually stuck to something could you imagine what I would look like right now? The marathon has helped me with working out more because it gave me a goal but it is so hard practically living in 2 places. I really want to be with Matt all the time but I know I have to make sacrifices if I want to do this. I was thinking I can see him Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. I just can't be so lazy on Thursdays and that will give me 4 days of working out. I really wish we lived together again so it doesn't have to be like this! But here I go. Tomorrow is day one!
