So I only lost a pound this week, but it's OK. Rather minus then add one! :)
Going to strive to make this week more fruitful! Speaking of fruit, I havfta get my snack on. Today's an off day for the workout, and I relaxed hard (haha).
Going to eat apple slices with organic peanut butter. Yum!
