nandos breakfast, bar one chocolate, magnum ice cream, bowl chevro, almonds, christmas cake And 3 small chocolate doughtnut rings from spar.
224.7 lb Lost so far: 30.4 lb.    Still to go: 15.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 4.6 lb a week

lol, i will upload a pic of what i craved for but the shop only opens up at 10 and had to settle for mini ring doughnuts from spar :)
