Ouch - got sick for a few weeks and told I couldn't exercise. How depressing (oh yeah - that emotion makes me EAT). How quickly the weight comes back. New Jenny Craig order arrived today - no more maintenance for me, back to the real diet before it get too far out of control!
137.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
