4 days under my belt of sticking to the plan 100%. Will post a weigh-in tomorrow to see how much of what I had put back on I've reclaimed. Will be happy to be around 209 tomorrow morning. At work right now, but when I get off this afternoon, I plan on cleaning the cars and the house. Might do a workout video or go walking this evening.
