Still just over 1200 cals today, although I felt like I was constantly eating.
Kicked up the incline on the treadmill today & figured out how to customize the target zone on my HRM wrist unit.
Session 1 - treadmill: 32:03 min Avg HR - 138 Max HR - 157 17:16 min in my 'zone' - adjusted after this session for the upper limit 269 cals burned
Session 2 - treadmill: 30:55 min Avg HR - 138 Max HR - 151 30.45 min in my 'zone' 260 cals
