I found out I was pregnant last week. I decided to keep doing WW because I genuinely feel that it is a healthy way to eat. Unfortunately, within a couple of days I completely let it go and just went willy nilly. And it shows in my clothes and on the scale. I refuse to record it the weight, but I will start recording my food in here again. I cancelled my WW online membership, but fatsecret is just as good.
I went for a walk tonight for about 1/2 an hour. Can't believe how much my legs and lungs were burning from WALKING! Craziness!
