I have had a bad 2 weeks since Anzac because after that I had time off for Marco's birthday prep, then vi leaving, then the funerals and now I'm sick. So from the lack of sleep and grabbing food when I could I am now in comfort food mode.
Luckily I have been going gym and doing weights as well as cardio or i would definitely be heavier than the scales say. I'm hoping that I'm retaining fluids because of my monthly special and that next week will show a more favourable number... but I suppose that also depends on my eating habits.
I'll start again tomorrow on the food front and carry on with my exercise. Luckily I only have a head cold (dripping eyes and nose), so I should still be able to train.
