First day!!! My goal is to get to 180 as I am underweight due to a fast paced job(paramedic) and a gaming addiction(world of warcraft)I often only eat once a day. Unfortunatly the college gym is closed this week so I have to keep using bodyweight exercises, I was really looking forward to trying weights, I spent alot of hours researching weight exercises.

You can get a lot of free weights fairly inexpensively to use at home too. You can get used home gym equipment at your local donation centers, like Salvation Army or Goodwill, for far less than retail. You could even lift pieces of furniture or food cans out of your pantry. There are lots of ways to lift weight right at home until you can get to the gym. Blessings to you for your success!
