Juicing got easier after the 4th day. So much water weight retained. Feeling great! 10 pounds off in 4 days. I probably started less then 270. but it's what the scales says at work. Might be the shoes and clothes that added the extra 4 pounds. I think I did lose 5 pounds this weekend thou.
