Not bad this week. Monday to Friday was really good for excercise and diet. Saturday and Sunday I blew it. But I'm still down 1.3 lb. Since I gained 1.1 lbs last week. I guess that means I'm down .2 lb. At least it's going down. I wish I could get past this 138 hump though. A pound a week would be awesome :)
138.2 lb Lost so far: 6.8 lb.    Still to go: 8.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
