I lost 4 pounds in about a week and a half...!
Could've been more but I kind of got off track with working out due to finals and being really busy with school in general. And I cheated on my diet quite a but over the weekends unfortunately... But I'm still glad I lost those 4 pounds regardless!

I got this neat app called my fitnesspal or something like that and it makes it really easy to record what you ate and how long you worked out, how much water you drank and so on.
I've been working out with Jillian Michaels 30 day shred about every other day and limiting myself to 1200 calories a day.

I'm feeling pretty positive that I can keep this up. :)
If I lose around 8 pounds a month then that means I will reach my goal of 200 pounds by the time school starts again in August!
So two pounds a week, I feel like that is definitely reasonable and do-able.

I hope everyone is doing well!
222.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
