I didn't get a chance to work out yesterday bc I ended up working late and then I decided to babysit to make some extra cash- which all went to my gas! Today I know I am going to drink a lot- A LOT so I'm kind of nervous but I am going to try to keep it a min and just try to get tipsy- it cinco de mayo and I'm going to a pub crawl- I also shouldn't be drinking a lot anyways bc I have to drive at night eventually but we are taking a nap at stephanies later which is good- her family is also having a bbq so i need to figure out how to decline food without being rude- or maybe ill eat only a little but... idk we will see. I am planning on doing a 2 hour work out- I almost skipped it but because I am drinking I HAVE to! I need to make sure to avoid margaritas today though... too many calories and stick with vodka with a splash of OJ i think is the best option or millers I think they are only 65 calories. I also plan on having a banana strawberry milkshake when i get back and maybe some Tofu so ill have food in my system.
For my work out I think ill do the
Cross trainer for 30 mins as a warm up Bike for 10 mins as a cool down Treadmill for 20/30 mins sprints Bike for 10 min cool down Treadmill for 20 mins switching inclines Bike for 10 min cool down Total Work out: 2hours (this is including switching between machines)
