I forgot to weigh in last week. I did weigh myself but didn't log it on this site. I was 94.4 kg, down from 95.2 kg the previous week. This week I'm down again to 93.9 kg. So I'm dropping about a pound a week.
I had to skip a gym day last week because of some pain from strained muscles. Gave it a long weekend to heal. I'm going to have to skip the gym again tomorrow due to work. However, I'll make it up on Wednesday as I unexpectedly have an afternoon free.
I've really been making the most of my gym membership. This is month 4 and I have been keeping an average attendance at 4 times a week. I'm really considerably fitter and stronger. Plus the weight is very steadily dropping week on week.
