The good news - I've completed my office's "Fitness Challenge." The bad news - this is like the lowest amount of exercise I've done in AGES! I really need to step up my exercise game! Yeah, worst time of the year to diet; today is the office Christmas party with catered Mexican food for lunch. Too yummy, so tonight I think I'll have some fish & veggies & try for the treadmill, LOL!
