Having a snack of boiled chicken breast is absolutely the best way to diet. I say this because it is incredibly dry and tasteless, has almost no fat and tons of protein. With no additional flavor, it takes a long time to eat. In fact, I am only half-way through this cup and I'm already full and not hungry anymore.
I'll be able to snack on this thing all day not worry about eating. Eating this stuff just makes you rather starve...

Dieting shouldn't be miserable and the food doesn't have to be a tasteless drugery to lose weight. Be careful, it may backfire, after going a long time without eating anything with flavor, the first time you eat something that actually tastes good, you could go overboard and gain it all back. Just a thought...
