I haven't been sticking to the diet as well as I expected but I definitely am making progress. I would have made more progress but a birthday got in my way this week. My own. So how could I ignore that. Had a lite Star Bucks Caramel Frap w/o whip and a piece of lemon pound cake. Next month is our wedding anniversary so I will see how I "celebrate" that one. I am not getting discouraged and I am losing so that is good. Somehow I think that if I would stick to it like it is written I will get to my goal weight before the end of the year. That is all I really want and I set my goal realistically this time. If I want to loose more after meeting that goal I will of course set out to go all the way.
