First Day of my weight control/loss plan. Don't really like the word diet so I won't be using it. My plan is to eat sensibly and healthy all day long. I know it will be difficult but I am going to give it an honest try.
190.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
