WEEK 4: I made it!!!! Finally accomplished a benchmark. I don't think I've stuck to a four week weight commitment since 2013. I failed the first weight goal benchmark, but the fail is more a lesson and reflection. I wanted to be 200 or under on 12/1. Today I'm 206 which is the lowest I have gotten since I started on Nov.10, but its' also the weight I lost and gained back (water, because I exercised and didn't cheat); which I've fought these past three weeks to move down. Yesterday was a gift surprise to myself. I had eaten some questionable foods Saturday (an atkins meal and frozen wings), my keto stick kept going in and out of dark/light color, and I didn't feel comfortable with seeing the number on the scale Sunday morning, but my curiosity got the best of me, and I discovered myself a pound down from the day before. My next goal is to get to 8 weeks and definitely do at least a minimum of three workout tape per week, and (as if I had a choice this time of season) park far in the back at store parking lots. Ok yeah, I had keto flu this weekend. I've been knocked on my back since Friday. I made it to the store last night to buy multi vitamins, baby aspirin, chicken broth, and I guess I feel a little better, but I've got a very busy today, so I am considering either doing my tape tonight before bed or giving my body its' 4th day off since Friday and of course wake on Tuesday ready to WERK.
