Keto- Low Carb-Intermittent Fasting- post weight lifting dinner:

Salad bar selections, organic romaine, fresh mozzarella, bacon, a smidgen of beets/carrots (for 4vitamins), blue cheese dressing, etc. & 2 homemade spiced grass-fed beef patties. 😋

That looks like my kind of salad bar! --- I don't have energy to log and post photos these days, but my body says I'm still solidly in ketosis, and every day I am SO grateful for all the hand-holding you provided and your gentle encouragement early on. This even energy is the BOMB, especially when so much else is so far from ideal.
