Its so crazy that I've lost so much weight! Before I started counting calories I use to skip meals, eat out 90% of the time and this past week I've done a complete 180!!!I don't skip meals I watch what I'm eating and I feel so much better! Its amazing what a week of eating good does for you! I feel like I have twice the energy!!Food taste so much better now that I'm not eating out! I'm just loving every moment of this challenge and cant wait to see how far this takes me! My goal this week is to still count my calories but also focus on protein and make sure I'm taking 100grams daily! I also want to increase my water intake, need about 60oz daily! Very motivated tired of being chubby! Still working out about 45 minutes a day mostly Cardio. ...Excited for my new challenge that starts Monday; Beginners abs!!!
