Snackimals did me in! Also, a very hungry day. Need to eat more calories during the week, this is not working. Back to square 1 <sigh>....

I noticed that from 18th through 22nd you lost 4 lbs. That is a lot of wieght to lose in only 4 days. Maybe you should aim for slower weight loss! Say, a successful day is one in which you eat 200-300 fewer calories per day than you need to maintain your weight. that is still dieting, but is not self-torture. If you do this consistently you will lose weight consistently and the days you eat 300 calories too many, will be weight maintenance days....just as important. XXOOXX
