WOW....I've exceeded my goal. Honestly, it was one day at a time, and now, I must admit, I'm nervous about keeping it off. Next week, I get into phase 3--adding foods back into my diet. My problem has always been "everything in moderation." I get out of control, obsess about food and what I want to over-indulge in. I want this time to be different.....support will be so helpful. I'm seriously considering going to Weight Watchers and using that as my life plan, and maybe even loosing 20 more pounds.
197.0 lb Lost so far: 44.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
on diet Ideal Protein    losing 2.1 lb a week
