Worked out for nearly 2 hours. I can Feel the upcoming wedding having it's effect. I Want to Look Great. . . Burned over 550 calories. . . ate great . . . tired. . . need to get to bed early . . . feeling a lot of fatigue. . . am I overdoing it? I don't know. Will find out soon enough.
