Today was a good day. I had a great swim and was able to take my time since I didn't work today. I actual swam for a little bit more than 90 minutes. Then I came home and started preparing some of my food for tomorrow. K&M both came home and everyone was very talkative and happy. I made spaghetti b/c that is K's favorite but I had chicken and pesto. Even M, who doesn't care for spaghetti, said it was really good. I also had two really nice "people encounters" today. The first one was at the pool when I told an older lady that I felt tired. She told me that I didn't look tired, that I looked rested. Then she asked me how old I was and when I told her I was 51, she was completely shocked and said she would have guessed 30's. Then later I was raking leaves in my yard and one of my neighbors that I've never met before stopped and asked me why didn't I just blow the leaves to the street. I told him I didn't have a blower and he actually told me he was going out of town until Monday but if I could wait until then, he would blow them for me. Couldn't really believe that but I thanked him and told him I didn't mind since it was such a beautiful day. Felt crazy to have 2 such nice things happen on the same day.
