I think I'm finally on track with trying to lose weight. Just within the past two days I have realized how many calories I actually eat in a day. No wonder I'm the biggest I've ever been in my life! No more!! I will get this weight under control and get my life and body back. Not being able to fit in my clothes, be in better health, and play with my kids like I want, has definitely taken its toll. So, Here's to losing the 97lbs I need to lose and more!!
