Well, only losing a few ounces a day but at least it’s going down. I may have messed up today though by eating 2 hostess streusel coffee cakes after lunch. Couldn’t help myself!!😜 I didn’t eat any breakfast because I had a very busy morning but that is what may have got me. I will keep sticking to it though. Just because you fall off the horse doesn’t mean you stay off.
