The weight is coming off slowly still with the whole food plant base diet. Having no problems with the weight loss. The blood pressure, BMI, and cholesterol are coming down as expected. Have been doing this since mid July 2017.
257.0 lb Lost so far: 25.0 lb.    Still to go: 57.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.3 lb a week
