Very delicious low carb cheeseburger casserole. Only 2 carbs per serve. Soooo good!

Keto Bacon Cheeseburger Casserole Ingredients 3 med gherkins 3 slices bacon 1 tsp salt 2 tsps mustard 50 g grated cheese 100 g grated cheese 125 ml heavy cream 3 medium eggs 60 g cream cheese 1/2 tsp pepper 1Tbsp tomato paste 1 clove garlic 1 medium onion 750 g beef mince Directions Fry onion, garlic & beef until cooked, add seasoning to taste & tomato paste. Grill bacon in oven at 180 deg C until crisp. Place beef mix in an oven dish, chop crisp bacon and sprinkle 3/4 over beef mix, then lay sliced gherkins over. Cheats Cheese sauce - Mix tohether eggs, cream, mustard & seasoning until well mixed. Fold in 100g grated cheese, pour over beef mixture. Top with 50g grated cheese & rest of crispy bacon.
