Happy Thursday. I'm doing Ok food wise apparently. I bought keto sticks and they show purple. Moderately. So I am very happy about that. Still fighting an awful headache but feel good overall. BP and heart rate were way too high today when I checked them. I'm going to go for a walk and might check them again later today. Still having difficulty logging this wonderful home cooked food but I'm trying. That is the most important thing I think.
