I started LAWL on 1/3, did take-off for two days. today was the first day of my plan. I did Ok until late afternoon. i had not had my fruits and forgot about the bars and was starving. I had both snacks + another snack to make up for the bars. I still have only had about 1300 cal today. I know what i did today that messed me up so hopefully I can adhere to the plan better tomorrow.
