i did some research using the application tools including history of meals
found that at my most leanest times i was under 800 cals per day
and bingeing , however at a consistant weight of 167 i was under 1100 cals
now that ive changed my diet again - i have increased muscle mass but in doing so my daily intake is 1700 cals- so i will experiement and go back to a 1000 cals program and monitor my results so time to cut the fluff for christmas day //30 day goal of 10 lbs ill check back from time to time
