Fallen off the wagon the last few weeks...feel down and defeated with this whole weight thing. What do I have to do to actually make permanent changes? I lose a few pounds then go back to my old ways. It makes me feel so weak. I want it so much but feel like I can't do it......ALWAYS go to bed thinking, "tomorrow will be the day I make real life changes." And then I start off well. Even joined the gym, it all goes fairly well to late, mid afternoon, then all bets are off.
