Yesterday's lunch and dinner were low-carb proteinshakes, no breakfast as usual (just a coffee), burnt 684 kcal at the gym on the elliptical trainer at the evening
136.5 lb Lost so far: 53.1 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 9.3 lb a week
