Yesterday...
breakfast cottage cheese and ff jello
lunch, can of tuna, 1 tsp lf mayo, cellery, pickles, hb egg white
1x1 in square chocolate
Snack 1/ cup peanuts
dinner cucumber, tomato, feta, olive oil and balsamic
Felt really good with lots of energy.
167.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 10.5 lb a week
