Back to my ww journal today after a one week vacation. Did ok. Once in awhile i eat unhealthy food but most of the time I watched what I ate. But I should have more control on what I put in my mouth:( oh well, start brand new this week and hope to lose at least 2 lbs this weigh in on saturday. Crossing my fingers.
